The certainty of a certified quality

 

At SIMP, our entire organisation is completely “quality-oriented”. It is steered from our “quality management” in France, with the objective of continuous improvement in step with changes in international standards.

 

. In terms of design / R&D, our textile engineers are constantly innovating to optimise the quality and efficacy of orthopaedic products in partnership with professionals from the medical world and sport (sports doctors, physiotherapists, high-level athletes etc.).

. A quality process from start to finish: design, supplier selection, production, logistics, delivery.

. 10 patents have been registered in 2 years – proof of SIMP’s “innovative quality”.

. All sites (France and Thailand) are certified ISO 13485

. French site is certified ISO 14001.

Quality, a key factor for success

“Given the increasingly constraining international regulations, our ability to offer every guarantee in terms of certification is essential. This is why we put in place in our factories an organisation centred on global quality. 13485 certification for example, specific to medical devices, involves drastic processes and controls. 14001 certification is important with regard to the environmental aspect. All this is a guarantee of reliability and longevity for our clients … and for us! This also allows us to position ourselves on the sports and well-being market with quality standards well above average. In short, quality certification is to some extent our trademark! And furthermore, we even sometimes provide the CE mark for our clients, thereby committing our liability as manufacturer for the conformity of the products.”
